Affiliate Terms

Welcome to FrillBot! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the FrillBot affiliate program.

By accessing this platform, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our platform.

Definitions

• “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this platform and accepting FrillBot’s terms and conditions.
• “FrillBot”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us” refers to our company, FrillBot.
• “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us” refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.
• “Software” refers to the online software platform provided by FrillBot for the purpose of managing and organizing school information.

Usage & Obligations

Here’s a revised version of the rules for your affiliate program:

• You are not permitted to refer yourself, meaning you cannot sign up for Skoolsheet through your own affiliate link.
• Any attempts to deceive, exploit, or post fraudulent discounts to coupon-sharing websites will lead to a permanent ban on your account.
• In certain situations, we may credit an affiliate even if the customer did not use an affiliate link or coupon code. If you encounter such a scenario, please reach out to us and we will assist you as best as we can.
• Advertising on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo Ads (especially on branded terms or domain names), or any other platforms that could compete with our marketing efforts and confuse customers is prohibited.
• Facebook ads that direct to our website or any similar actions that could compete with our own marketing, increase our costs, and potentially confuse customers are not allowed.
• Impersonating us or acting on our behalf (for instance, as an employee) is strictly forbidden.
• Spamming activities, such as mass emails or mass group postings, are not allowed.
• We reserve the right to modify the Terms of Service for our affiliate program at any given time.

We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account if you violate any of these rules, at our sole discretion. Commissions earned through mechanisms that breach our Terms of Service will not be paid or owed.

Commission Payment

FrillBot commissions are paid:

• The minimum payment threshold for a payout is $100
• You can request a payout from your affiliate dashboard and the same will be fulfilled within the next 7 days.

The commission is payable only after 45 days of payment made by the customer.

Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in refunds will not be paid out.
